My girlfriend and I came here for our Anniversary expecting a romantic night. As we arrived to the 16th floor of the IVY Hotel, we we instructed to sit anywhere we like, even though we made a reservation.

Our first 20 mins we received no service. Eventually a Gentleman in a suit politely asked us if we had been seen yet, we replied no, and the Bartender came to take our drink orders. The bartender was very unprofessional, dancing, singing, asking us we "Like Squirrels".

The area has a nice breeze and beautiful ambiance that is great for conversation. After 1 hour, we realized we had not received our appetizer, I approached the Suited Gentleman and informed him that we had not yet received our food, he apologized and comped the appetizer.

The Bartender came back and apologized for the delay, informing us that "the kitchen ran out of sauce for the Flatbreads", he then asked if we would like to order any other food and drinks. We decided to skip the food, apart from the Cheese Board. My girlfriend ordered a different drink, and as I was about to place my order, he went to a different table for conversation and left to the bar.

I did not bother placing an order when my girlfriends drink came. Most of the bill was comped which was nice, but it hardly makes up for the night and experience we were trying to have. Restaurant was closed. There was poor communications around what is offered, including venue and services.

It rained and when we arrived, no one greeted us, there were seat cushions packed to the ceiling by the elevators. There was no signage directing patrons and it required one to call each time to pull information from the staff. Really enjoyed the customer service and the food and drinks were delicious. There was no wwitress.
